The safety of our birds is very important to us, therefore we have adopted the following principles to insure that our birds arrive home to our loft safely

Policy

· Doves are not able to navigate at night. Therefore, the release must be scheduled to allow adequate time to get home before dark. The birds must be in the air 2 hours Before sunset. We can calculate the latest possible time from your event location, based on the date of your event. NO Exceptions if the event runs past the two before sunset time, we WILL NOT release the birds. The customer is still responsible for the full payment amount.

· We will NOT release our doves indoors.

· We will NOT release our doves in inclement weather, such as but not limited to heavy fog poor visibility under 7 miles, bad air quality, high winds, extreme heat or extreme cold, rain or snow.

· We will NOT ship our birds for self-releases.

· We ensure that every event has at least one knowledgeable release coordinator present at all-time until the doves have all been released.

· Birds will only be released into safe conditions free of traffic, and wires and other items that will block a safe flight.

Terms

· Payment is Due Prior to Release of the Doves

· Payment is accepted in the form of a Check, Credit Card, Pay Pal, Zelle, CashApp or Cash

· Returned checks are subject to a $35 NSF fee.

· Delays past the scheduled release time are subject to a fee of $50 per 30 minutes the release is late.

· Our service area covers approximately 50 miles from the birds home loft in Pomfret, Maryland

· Agreement is subject to weather conditions allowing birds to arrive home safely. Payment is 100% refundable if we determine in advance to our departure that the release is not possible. Sudden weather conditions that prohibit a release after our arrival will result in a refund less 40% for time and travel. If a release is not possible, we can schedule a release on another day such as, Birthday or holiday.
